SQLite provider not showing in Visual Studio Community 2013

I'm trying to open a SQLite database in VS2013 community edition Entity Model Browser, and I can't seem to get SQLite ADO.NET provider to show up in the "Add Connection" dialog...

I've installed:

• VS 2013 community
• EFTools6.1.3ForVS2013.msi
• sqlite-netFx451-setup-bundle-x64-2013-1.0.97.0.exe

Still no luck...
