jQuery mobile list view with sqlite database in Mobile App(offline)

hi i need jQuery mobile list view with sqlite database in Mobile App(offline), iam new to this, can any one help in this issue? my requirement is list view shows a list items(Titles in English) from sqlite database rows of column1, when user clicks on particular list item ex: from 500 titles clicks on 5th item, so should be open 5th title's description from sqlite database column2(description paragraphs in telugu) in next page, that's it. please help me to develop this app this is for (Devotional Purpose, non-commercial & free to download on all app Stores) is there any sample app code matching my requirement? i want some samples credits will be shown officially in mobile app as (helping developer) for you, my email: emailemailg@gmail.com thanks in advance helping will be blessed...
