C# SQLite Provider Issue

Hi I'm having the same problem, I tried googling about this but none of it seems to help me.

I was given a source code with SQLite as our database, so my initial task is to build it on my machine. I was faced before with a lot of errors mostly directory errors.

and after I cleaned all errors, this error is the only error left.

please help.
