Loading Tiles from BackCountry Navigator (sqlite) file to OSMDroid

I'm trying to load map tiles from sqlite db with "BackCountry Navigator" format; Is there any possible method to use an existing sample code to do so? or should I configure some codes? if so, could you guide me to it ?

Or maybe you may guide me to convert this file to a osmDroid supported file type?

If you are curious in why I need to do so:

atlases created with MOBAC, somehow have a very small font size, that in most of the devices are not readable, they may be read with zooming but when OsmDroid renders new images, they are really hard to read. But somehow I came across this db, which in the related application, it does not have this problem. so I though if I use images from this db, it may help me. I would appreciate it if you can help me with my problem \
