The turkish capital i

the turkish capital "i" is my problem. I didn't use to have this problem, It started with the lollipop update, now when I even put capital "i" in button texts it becomes a "I". And lately I was trying to do some things with sqlite. I can't make a search through sqlite with a capital "i", I can't use the LIKE function, because it for some reason thinks that it's not a capital one and changes it back to the normal i and even though this works with every other letter, "i" doesn't work. I couldn't get it to work even when I used replaceAll(), it still does the same thing. is there a workaround for this?
