what is difference between PRAGMA journal_mode and PRAGMA database.journal_mode ??????

Please tell me the following setting is require or not for cratering database connection of SqLite in QT

PRAGMA journal_mode = DELETE | TRUNCATE | PERSIST | MEMORY | WAL | OFF PRAGMA database.journal_mode = DELETE | TRUNCATE | PERSIST | MEMORY | WAL | OFF

and in which case we use TRUNCATE , PERSIST , MEMORY , OFF use ????

and what is difference between PRAGMA journal_mode and PRAGMA database.journal_mode ??????
