Windows universal app with SQLite 3.8.7.4 doesn't work

I have a windows universal app (windows 8.1 and windows phone 8.1 winrt) working with SQLite 3.8.4.3.

But today i decided to update SQlite SDK and to move to 3.8.7.4 version.

And now, nothing works !

YES I have included SQLite in my references :

YES I tried to clean my project and to build it again,

But I have no result. Does anyone have a solution?

One solution could be to get back sqlite old version, but i don't understand where i can find it on their misplaced site :s

P.S : I'm using .NET 4.5
