Display all Information from Different Table

TO GET THE DATA AND DISPLAY IN A XML

Problem : I want to display User Information from Different Table by Calling The User ID of the User.

For Example: TBL_USER has a column of id,name,age, TBL_STATUS has a column id,status, TBL_PERIOD has a column id,period

Output: when i call the id of the user the data on the other table will fetch in a class or display in one page/xml
