How get value of a SQLite in Android

I have a table in my SQLite Database:

Table name: Users

|IdUser(PK)|User    | Tags |Password|
|20        |Gabriel |Low   |Cat123  |

I need the Value "Low" from "Tags" and parse to a String for Eclipse.
