How to save SQLite database data to a CSV file

In our PhoneGap app, we have registration page; when we save data into LocalDB(SQLite), it works fine.

However, now we need to post registration data through an SQLite database to a CSV file. We place the CSV file in my mobile SD card. How can I get SQLite database data saved to a CSV file?
