Occasional error on DB write in FireDAC SQLite

I have some users who occasionally get the following error message while trying to write to a local database.

[FireDAC][Phys][SQLite]Error: callback requested query abort.

I am using FireDAC with SQLite. The application was built with XE7 and running on Windows 8.1.

I do not have a callback function (I don't even think FireDAC has allowed for such).

A reboot does clear the problem, but I wondered how to go about finding out how to prevent my users from seeing this error and having it interfere with their work.
