Entity Framework + SQlite not supporting 'DateTimeOffset'

I am using EF 6 and SQLite for unit testing. i got not supported error for DateTimeOffset. how to map DataTimeOffset to SQlite. here is the stack trace Test Name: CanAddPaymentEvent
