Which Database is suited for temporary table creation and deletion with user's search?

I want to choose an efficient DB for my web Project. Following are the requirements. 1- With every search request from users(every session) I want to create tables and update and delete the tables. 2- Few tables will be persistent like user info. I have few options Mysql/SQLite/ data is structured but still can I opt for mongo DB?
