Retrieve database when app opens

I have a database "my_database". It contains "name" and "value" field. When i open the app, it must show all the contents of the database in seperate textviews and each textview must have a button besides it. When i click the button, the value of that particular name is incremented by one and is updated in the database. Plz help me. Thanks in advance.
