Is there is any lib to help me build content provider in android?

i really tried to understand the content provider with data base (SQLite) from Google course on Udacity and searched a lot but no result and i have to build database with content provider ASAP, so if there is any library that can help me to built it in easy way ? and is there is any blog that can help me step by step to built it that will help me too
