App stop to download data

I built this app using coredata, it download a csv file from GDrive, to run a dictionary, the file has more than 15K lines, and takes approximately 3 minutes to load the data running via Xcode with the device connected to my Mac.
So I installed the app in my iphone and run it without cable, the app starts after 20 seconds but only downloads 10% of the lines.
The app does not crash starts normally but do not download the complete file.
I did not show any code because the app is working very fast after the database is downloaded when running from Xcode.
I tried Amazon CS3 Server, but took more than 4 minutes to download the same data.
Any one to help me? I am really lost on this matter :(
