Pluggable Database using entity framework with all sqlite and sql and msaccess

For an android or IOS or Windows app and MVC application as the front end and sqlite for andoid and IOS and windows app and sql or msaccess for MVC application as the back end database application using entity framework is possible or not.

I need an generic code so that i can plug any database based on the device. Is it possible?
