how to save the JSON Response in Local in Objective C

In my app having Four screens First Screen Having Dashboard with 4 Options.In Second screen Having a list (Response Result) of values,in third screen Details for the Single (Response Result).In fourth Screen also having Some Details for previous screen.each screen is based on the Response.

As of now i fixed in the online it works good, now i want to get All Response in Single Synchronize button(First screen) click, when i click the syn button it need to call all API in that screen itself , Now i want to save this data & load all other screen by the Saved offline Data's ,for the Syn Button click only i call all API's

For this which mechanism to work SQLite or Core Data or plist Which one is good give me some idea. Help me.
