Line Break in .SQLite

I have a .sqlite database file with two columns of text, in the picture below John is column "A" and the rest of the information is column "B".
I want to show the second column in vertical mode like the pic below is there a way to insert a line break after each information so I get the result below?. The database is made from a CSV file in UTF-8.
