android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: to change locale for db

I recently updated my app on play store.One of my user install(not update) the app from play store and he is getting SQLiteException like Failed to change locale for db '/data/data/http://ift.tt/22xBsBe' to 'en_GB' while calling at the time of calling getWritableDatabase() at the time of creating database(My database is in assets folder). Can anybody tell me what is the issue exactly..?? and its coming on One Plus Two till now...
