Plotting real time graph from SQLite

I have a table in SQLite containing various of electrical device. as below

device.......power......usage time(start)....usage(end)
kettle.......100........12:45................12.55
tv...........150........10:15................16:25
fan..........50.........8:10.................18:55

I want to plot the graph in my application using Android Studio based on how much power had been used over the time, such as *at 9am, used 50 kwh, 12.00pm 300kwh.

how to plot the graph?
