How to extract .puz file and store .puz data in SqlLite android

I have a .puz file . When I opened using notepad in pc, I could see the clues, answers etc in an unorganized manner. I need to upload the data which is present in .puz file and store in a database via my app. So,

How can I read the .puz file from mobile and store the data in android?

The .puz file will change dynamically so Is there any way to extract the data from .puz file ?

I surfed a lot for this but didn't get a solution yet. I am completely new to this. Any help would be great!!
