MVVMCross sqlite plugins - old fersion ft. community

I use in my application - MVVMCross. There are two plugins for sqlite. 1. Sqlite Plugin (OLD VERSION) 3.5.0.(last update 2015-01-17). 2. Community SQLite-Net Plugin 3.1.1 (last update 2014-02-09).This is plugin not supperted Windows phone 8.1. This plugin is not developed?

I try to use Sqlite Plugin (OLD VERSION)

   Cirrious.MvvmCross.Plugins.Sqlite.PluginLoader.Instance.EnsureLoaded();

but getting an error in my library PCL

Message=could not load plugin assembly for type

Cirrious.MvvmCross.Plugins.Sqlite.PluginLoader...

Some of the plugins should I use? I need support Windows Phone 8, Windows Phone 8.1, Windows 8 and Android.
