Error in connecting sqlite Database with my java program

hi am new to java database programming, i have created a program and i connected it with my sqlite Database, after developing program i debug this, it was working fine in netbean compiler but when i build it and try to use this program, it gives me error in start

Java.sql.Exeption:attempt to write a read only database

any soluton for this ?
