How to send SQLite data between 2 devices using Mail or NFC

I am new here so I am sorry if I make some mistakes. Here is my problem:

I would like to know if exist a way to send SQLite data between 2 Android devices using mail or NFC(assuming that both devices have the app installed). I thought about 2 ways:

1)Using e-mail:Can I send from Device A to device B a link that allows the device B to save directly in the DB SqLite the data that I want to send?

2)Using NFC: how can I send data using NFC?

Do you have any idea how can I do that?
