Could not retrieve data based on ID in ListView

Sorry for duplicating the questions. But in order to do more clearly I would like to share this link here with the latest code which having the same problems

Hope anyone can share the solutions with me as I tried all possible solutions ><

The problems is I could not retrieve the data based on the userID and subjectID in the listView and if I remove the userID in the subjects, it wont display out based on the user~
