Fail to do registration using PHP,MySQL and SQLite

I'm trying to do android login and registration with PHP,MySQL and SQLite. I follow each single step from this tutorial. However, I gives a Toast message which is null and the log display E/RegisterActivity﹕ Registration Error: null when register button is clicked.

Does this error due to AppConfig since the catch blocks didn't get call.
