i want to check my current location(mobile phones's) is near to which point in the database [duplicate]

I have some locations (denoted with latitude and longitude) on my sqlite database, I want to check continuously which location in that database is near to my current location(mobile phone's), and in each changes of this location corresponding latitude and longitude wanted to be return.how can I do all this things ?
