Is there any possibility to save data both in firebase and sqlite?

Hi i am new to both Firebase and sqlite. I am creating a application that is build using javascript and html and I am using cordova to convert that application to both iOS and Andriod application. I need to save and retrieve my data both in Firebase and sqlite. When I get the network connection every data in my local storage should be updated in the firebase. Since I am working over cross platform I don't get any full solution to do with my database. Can someone help me?

Please give me some clue to handle my app data storage both in local and firebase. Thanks in advance
