Questionaire on android appand connection to server

Questionnaire on android app.If certain radio groups are selected then send mail to that specific person that has filled up the Questionnaire.And also weekly send the details of filling of Questionnaire to a particular email id to check up the response in form of Word File with proper formatting. How to manage the Data that I receive? How to do server side scripting for this??
