Return data form Express js EJS template view to node.js server side

I'm new in node.js still learning and finding best practice solutions. This is scenario, PLS help. I created Express js EJS template view. Everything works fine. View has bootstrap wizard in it. I need to pass data I entered in ti (that I stored to jQuery variables) to server side javascript so I can put them in database!! How???
