sqlite disk image file in getting corrupted on edit delete operation if file size is huge

i have sqlite file with 50K images records into it, and post that if i try to delete 1000 records from that, i get an exception saying disk image file is corrupted.

I am trying this operation on nexus 7 tablet.

Any idea what could be wrong?
