How to retrive the single user information from multiple user

I want to fetch result of a single student from the whole result. when student enter the roll number ,submit button gives whole information of result of the entered roll number. What is the best way to do this in android.As come to know Volley API can only use 4 users at a time .So please tell me what should be the best way to handle such situations. Any suggestions would be helpful for me. Thanks in Advanced.
