How do I upload my db file to a server on the internet?

Might be a weird question, but I have tried to find anything on google for quite some time now, but I probably search for the wrong words.

I have a sqlite db file that is currently stored locally in my xcode project. I have never done anything like this, but I somehow want to upload the database to the internet so that the app looks for the data stored there.

1. How do I upload the database?

2. Will it be possible to manage the tables from the server service? Like deleting rows etc.

3. What services are available? Is there somewhere I can upload for free just to try that it is working, before the app is released on app store?

Any tutorials you know?
