Examples of Sync Framework with .net and Oracle

I am little confused on how exactly sync framework works? Is it possible to use it with Oracle and SqlLite. From what i can understand, to use sync framework you need to run scripts, and use the DLLs?

Are there any code examples of this? I am unable to find anything..
