how query sqlite database survey

i have created db for a survey in my app. how can i query my db to obtain question from table question and under question the relative answers ?? ( i need to put answer in a radio button to save the result) ex: quest 1 :

(radiobutton) answer a

(radio button) answer b

quest 2:

(radiobutton) answer c

(radio button) answer d
