How to access a SQlite database file from a remote server

i have 3 servers and i need to synchronize the sqlite databases on each of them at timed intervals. i know how to program in php, i don't know any other server side languages (yet) from looking at other queries like this people seem to have issues as sqlite doesn't seem built to do this without assistance. im not worried about the logic as i can do this. my only problem is creating a copy and/or link to the database file on the central server to compare/sync and send back again. (thinking that with my skills may be easiest to copy file, compare, sync, the send back synced file) if anyone has any other ideas i would be glad to hear them. thanks
