Installshield visual studio 2013- How to add sqlite installation?

I have a WPF application that I'm trying to create it into a setup file Using InstallShield LE. Now, my application uses SQLite and dot.net framework 4.5 so I want to add the installation files in the setup file- that it will install whats missing on the clients computer.

How do i do that?

Important point is that I'm not interested that in case that the clients computer is missing the dot.net framework 4.5 it will offer to download it- I want it to use an installation that I'll add with the InstallShield(something that U still don't know how to do)

Any idea?
