What's the best/cheap host for android developement?

Good evening,

I am looking to buy a domain which will communicate with my android app (still in developement), from the research I made the domain must have SQLite and I want to have FTP as well.

To those who know/have a domain: what's the best and relativily cheap domain host with SQLite and FTP?
