Can someone pls help me extract iPhone text message data from .db files?

I've tried everything but I'm no good at SQL and cannot figure out how to extract this sms.db data.

I'm trying to obtain iPhone text messages through backups of an iPad, which uses the same Apple and iCloud account -- I have physical possession of the iPad, but NOT the iPhone.

I've been trying to obtain the iPhone text messages using SQLlite, AnyTrans, iExplorer, PhoneRescue, and other things, but text messages are not readily accessible in any of those.

However, in AnyTrans, I can get the iPhones sms.db file. I need someone who knows how to extract this data.

I would love to simply pay someone to do this for me, if it will speed things up.
