insert all data to sqlite android from the jsonobject

I am trying to insert all the data of table A from phpmyadmin which i store in webhost to sqlite in android I refer to this link for reference but i have some question Android with PHP,SQLite link

First Question: In this reference they did not mention where should i store the config.php, DB_Connect.php and the DB_Functions.php. So should i store they in the webhost ? since my phpmyadmin is there.

Second Question: In their LoginActivity.java, there is login button function, what is the "user" mean for this line of code json.getJSONObject("user");, it is the name of table that was store in the webhost or it is just a random string value?
