Creating a Video Server Database Android

I want to Create A server for my application to which I have added 10 videos. I want to remotely add/remove videos from it. What should be the solution? Should I use SQLite? or Parse.com?.. As I don't know much about SQLite do I need to create a database at all to work this app, just want to interchange the videos.
