how to push the data's in Sql ite to SQL server in android?

I did a sample program which contains three edit text,all three edit text values are store it into sqlite database.

What i'm going to do is the values which i stored in sqlite database have to be push it over to SQL server using SOAP web service...

I don't have any idea to push those data's...

guys i need your help.
