How to store and connect sqlite database?

i am working on android project .It's like a quiz .I provide questions with multi-choice answers so the user can pick only one answer if the answer is wrong will go to a simple youtube video or will give the link just . so the question will be : Is the sqlite database perfect ? and how i will store them ? and connect it with the app ? i saw some codes but did not mention the activity code . i am not good in develop with android so i am little confusing , plz help me .the deadline for my project after one month . thanks in advance .
