How to write to a SQLIte database initially?

I am creating a quiz app which has about 20 questions. I want to store these questions in the SQLite database. How shall I store these questions in the SQLite database initially before I could use them in my own app.i.e store these questions before I display the questions to the user? Also where do the SQLIte database gets stored in the application directory.i.e the folder in eclipse?
