Insert Huge Data in Sql Lite Android Studio

I am using Android Studio to make my application. I want to insert My android huge data, without using runtime insert query. Any Manager (Like SQL Management Studio) where i can insert data and then use it in my application. I had a feasible study if i use run-time code to insert my data it makes the application heavy. So what is the way out.? If there is a manager which can export the database then how to import it in ANDROID STUDIO, and retrieve the data ?
