java : increase the speed of insert in sqlite

I read a 14gb json file and extract the data for constructing my sqlite database using the jdbc library,

but as it consist of 2millions rows of data, and it insert around 10 data in a second,

I may have to wait for 3days to complete the database.

are there any ways to inprove the preformace of insert?
