localStorage vs SQLite for basic Cordova application?

I'm using the Ionic framework to create an android app using Cordova. It's pretty basic, there is no sign up as it's all 100% nameless. People are able to upload posts and photos to a main feed. I'm going to make it so the feed gets cleared every 24 hours or once it hits a certain amount of posts older posts get pushed out. Since there will be a set limit of posts would it be fine to use localStorage or should I use SQLite?
