What do I need to know from Sqlite

Lately I have learned java and I am now learning android. I would love to make a games for android, but my question is what do I need to know about SQLite. I would love to read a book or something so if anyone knows a good book and has the PDF link please let me know. Ohh!! One more thing what is SQLite3?
