SQLite - Trigger After Insert - Delete older Rows

I have a small Problem in my Application. There is a Table Report, where always only the newest Report will be saved, depending on the attackTime, but my Trigger deletes always all Rows and then Inserts the Row, although my Trigger will be called AFTER the insert?
